1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OZMT website at ozmt.se ("Site"), operated by OZ MUSIC TECHNOLOGIES AB, Åvägen 24, 412 51 Gothenburg, Sweden ("OZMT", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website for OZMT's software products. You may browse the Site for any lawful purpose.

Accounts and purchases are handled exclusively by Moonbase (ozmt.moonbase.sh), a third-party storefront operated by Moonbase. When you create an account or make a purchase, you interact directly with Moonbase's platform and are subject to their terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

OZMT is not responsible for the availability or performance of the Moonbase platform, but will make reasonable efforts to assist you in the event of issues.

Moonbase acts as the merchant of record for all transactions, including payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes.

Software purchased through Moonbase is licensed under the End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Newsletter

You may subscribe to our newsletter by providing your email address. By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing communications from OZMT.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. We process your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by OZ MUSIC TECHNOLOGIES AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
